Tygervalley at a glance

Tygervalley is an area consisting of primarily apartment blocks. It is central to the Durbanville and Bellville area. The Tygervalley Waterfront forms part of the Tygervalley area consisting of beautiful Lakeside apartments with many accompanying restaurants.

The restaurants are some of the best in the area, consisting of:

The area is very vibrant. Many residents enjoy running alongside the main roads, which are beautifully paved pedestrian paths, in the early mornings and late afternoons. The Belville park is a popular destination for people to walk their dogs and enjoy a sunny afternoon fishing in the dams.

Tygervalley area is a great destination for working professionals. Durban main road, being about 3 km away, further provides an entire new avenue of destinations to socialize and have a break from day to day tasks, without traveling too far away from home. Some of the socializing spots include Tipples, Stones and Cantina Tequila.
