As you are aware, general wear and tear on a property in inevitable. Maintenance of your asset will ensure that it appreciates in value. To assist you in this regard we have put in place a maintenance division which assists in emergency, breakage and preventative maintenance.

They are also well equipped and trained to handle any improvements such as painting, tiling, bathroom and kitchen improvements.

Certain repairs will require a specialist such as plumbing, waterproofing, and electrical. We will arrange for the quotations to be sent through to you for approval. We will also inspect the work to ensure that it meets the highest standards, before the bill is settled.

We will provide you with a quote for the work to be performed after conducting an inspection of the property.

No work is undertaken without owner approval, except in the case of an emergency burst geyser or waterpipe, or emergency electrical repairs.

We have also entered into 30 day payment arrangements for our electricians and plumbers, to ensure that you will not be in a predicament should an emergency arise and you do not have the cash for a normal COD callout.
